Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004

...due to the noise (from outside commercial traffic & interior poorly insulated walls and inconsiderate neighbors PLUS a variety of construction projects), the smell (most likely caused by dirty vents) - and MAINLY due to the arrogant manner of the management/owner firm-Pohlinger.
