Don't Judge by the Cover...

I've read all of these reviews and couldn't agree more with almost all of them.
Yes - it is a great location, a beautiful building, and my appartment is very nice with a well-lit kitchen.
The Down Side - It's mid April and the AC is still not turned on (I've considered sleeping on the balcony!!).
The package room never seems to be open, even when it's during 'posted' hours. It's taken me two weeks sometimes to get a priority package.
Parking - don't get me started. The gates never work. On several occasions we had to drive around to the front of the building, get out, walk to the desk to ask them to open it (since they ignore the buzzer at the garage), and had to repeat the process when THEY FORGOT TO DO IT!!! This, of course, if you're lucky enough to find the front desk staff actually there.
Let's see...what else' They've lost my driver license once (they held onto when I got locked out and couldn't find it when I came back). Over a year ago they were going to install a security system and new locks. That never did happen.
Bottom line - I'm paying for a luxury appartment and getting low-income housing service. Rather then throwing away money on extras that are never used...like that completely wasted gazebo...perhaps they should invest in better staff.
