I received a great deal on my apartment when I moved in, but was basically conned into doing so because they started construction across the street on a 9-story building about a week after my move-in date. Every morning (including Saturdays!)I wake up to the noise, and it is expected to continue for two years. The reason I wanted a high-rise was for security, and yet the front door has been unlocked (24 hours a day) ever since I moved in 6 months ago. The front desk is apart from the elevator and the person at the desk (if there is one) never gives anyone coming in and out a second look. There have been problems on numerous occasion with the door to the parking garage, and at one point was kept open for an extended period of time. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
