Ehhh...Good and Bad

I moved in during the summer and while I enjoyed the location (right next to the metro and a bunch of shops and nice restaurants) other things have turned me off. For one, the price is ridiculous. I pay 1260 for a studio per month plus 80 for parking. 1340 for a studio' Come on, we're not in New York here. The front desk is very helpful and will answer any of your questions. There are some unflattering smells eminating from other apartments but for the most part the place is in great shape. If I had to do it again I probably would not live here just because of the price. But if you are willing to overpay for location, then this is your place, if you can ignore the constant construction across the street (I hear it will be on-going for the better part of two years).
