If all you want is location, this is where you can shop all the best shops and breathe in all the dust from all the contruction! When I moved in, NO ONE warned me they would be doing MAJOR repair work that would take FOREVER. The noise starts before 8 and when you complain they deny it happens. The windows are so bad the cold air creeps in no matter how many draftdodgers you buy! The rent is too much for all this hassle and I can't wait to leave to a more peaceful and environmentally safe neigborhood. The garage is open to the public and office tenants so don't even thinkin of buying some breakfast - when you come back the office tenants have taken all the residential parking. And don't fart near your door - it will be heard down the hall.

Perfectly described! You forgot to mention that there is no safe driveway on either its main or side entrance, the scaffoldings leak, the water is yellow and cold in the winter mornings, it feels like a nursing home and the smart ones are moving out now! Move in if you want your lungs to suffer from all the dust. Imagine what it would be like in the summer!!

You also forgot to mention ------- psycho-stalker neighbors, ------- staff. James is also an ------- and so is everyone else except one front desk person, the package guy and oh wait...that is it. The elderly are afraid to say anything because the jerks in the management threaten to kick them out. This place is awful
