When I signed the contract, there was actually a promotion. But the manager did not tell me that at all. Later I found out, that I should get one month free, they refused to give me. What a cheater.
By the way, in the ads, they said they have swimming pool, but as a resident you cannot use it, because it was underconsturction for ever and ever. So you need to walk to another building to use the pool. What a cheater.
