I'm well aware of the reviews of others for this building. I have had the opposite experience. My apartment has new windows and sliding glass door. The kitchen is great sized with a large amount of living space for a one bedroom apt. There are quite a few issues with the air conditioning, however this is to be expected in a building of this size using an antiquated air condidtioning system. Is it annoying, yes. Is it a reason not to live here' No. The management always acts quickly in responding to this issue when it arises.

I have had nothing but pleasant contact with all of the staff here from the front desk to the package room. When there has been a problem in my apartment an Engineer has come to my apartment the same day every time.

I have lived here for over 3 years and the management is great. Jeremy and James are awesome and while Jeff can be a little absent-minded he is never rude. Maintenance usually fixes stuff within the same day. I am still waiting for the windows to be put in, so it's a little noisy due to the construction by Hechts. But other than that, I have only good things to say about this building and management.
