I just moved down here from Pennsylvania for grad school, and while I am paying almost three times what i paid for an apartment in undergrad I am getting so much more. The area is safe and the building management is responsible. I have never heard of anyone having roaches and I usually only smell other people's cooking on Sundays when everyone is home. And, the building seems pretty safe to me if you use common sense. I live on an upper floor, which may be why I don't get too much noise, but I live across from the elevators and it's still pretty quiet. All in all, I would recommend this building to anyone who has the means. If I can I will probably get rid of my car next year so that will knock down the price of parking.

And I know people who live in crappier apartments who pay this much if not more. This price is not bad for this area.
