I'd Still Recommend It...

Yeah, the street construction is noisy with the windows open...but as soon as we close them we hear practically nothing. I AM, however, concerned that management does not turn on the AC until May 1. It can get fairly hot in this area in the month of April. We're pretty satisfied so far. Interior of the building is quiet and tenant base seems alright. Management seems genuinely concerned and is fairly responsive. No major complaints yet.
