The offensive name calling of the reviewer below who notes she has only been in the building for four months (or can not herself correctly fill out the survey) has misread and mischaraterized the previous review which discusses past improvement work at Highland House West(which she obviously missed) and the current noise problems caused by Highland House and neighboring construction. Perhaps she should avoid the insults and name calling in order to better inform potential renters which is the stated purpose of this webpage.
