It's May 2 and still no air conditioning...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
and last reading the thermometer outside said 79 degrees. That makes it 86 degrees with the sun beating down in the apartments here...yet Polinger will not turn on the air conditioning for the building. They put new windows in recently -- we'll probably pay for those by forfeiting air conditioning, even though it's supposed to be provided. Do not rent here if you want any kind of comfort...Polinger Shannon & Luchs is the CHEAPEST, most POORLY-run "management" company in the DC Metro area.
