Old building attempting to get new building rental rates. Surface luxary in the lobby, grounds, and hallways masks aged units, and exterior. Spacious units with Parquat floors a plus.
The gym is the best I've seen in any building, but it gets old and you have to get a membership somewhere anyway.
Rental rates are too high as they attempt to hold on to the luxury rates they acheived 20 years ago.
Overall good, the good out weighs the bad but price will disuade many when the see the competition.
