we were wooed by the covered parking, concierge and rooftop pool/gym. we ended up moving out because of whining neighbors, abrasive property manager, and exorbitant rent.

the market is too tight to be treating people the way my wife and I were treated. I would highly discourage anyone who is considering moving into this apartment complex.

The location is convenient. The maintenance help is really superb. but too many annoying elderly people, coupled with out of control children make this property undesirable.
