North Park is really a nice place...but Friendship Heights is a little too "quiet" of a neighborhood for us (quiet as in lots of old people). The price is ridiculous, but maintenance is very good, and the staff is responsive (except for the guy that always falls asleep on his nightshift--he's not so responsive :) All in all its a great place--lots of shopping nearby on wisconsin. Relatively close to Metro (10 min walk), and pool and weight room very nice. Just too much $$$$$$$$$$$ I think.
