SR Management; (Washington, DC) and the resident manger are thieves. They charge you additional fees which are not allowable by county regulations. They increase you rent incorrectly. Up keep is very poor, the majority of windows in your unit where manufactured during the 50 s and don t keep the heat/cold weather out. Your electric bills are very high due to poor insulation. Round Hill employees go into your apartment with out permission! If you question them, they will become very aggressive and threaten to remove you using unlawful force. The apartments are death traps, will no fire alarm notification. Drug dealing in the parking lot at night. Just wear a bullet proof vest when you walk at night.

I totally agree. Since when do they have a separate fund they say you have to pay $35 for key replacement. And it has be in cash. No check, should be paid to S R Management. Resident mgr/maintenance told so to me. Also, they no allow pets, but it is okay for the birds to live out above you and they poop all over the patio and windows and doors. Everywhere the birds they live in the crooks and nannies of this place.No pets, but cockaroaches are okay. Oh yeah, and they lika mice too. Not cats, but mice, okay. maybe if they allow cat, then they have no more mice. This is all the truth
