Step by Step From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have not moved in yet, but i can share my experience with anyone who is interested step by step. Some of the obvious ratings i will not be able to make because i dont "live" there yet. But I can tell you that i have been to the property at least 5 times in the last year (2003 -2004) - 1. it is always quiet when i go there 2. the property always looks clean 3. i am impressed that the residents can leave their bikes outside without being stolen 4. the staff was always friendly THE APPLICATION PROCESS 1. the process is slow but i guess it is this way because it is a special income level property. i think it could be improved and maybe it would move a little faster. the so called corporate office seems a little weird in making their determinations of eligibility. so you can expect to see a nice property, the model that they show you is nice, but expect the application process to be a little shaky and lengthy. i will come back after i have moved in (June), and let you know about the move in, keys, etc. and also whether the place really looks as nice as the model does..
