DUMP From: chris_willenbucher@hotmail.com Date posted: 11/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998   I lived there in 1998 when it first opened after it was re-modeled. I had numerous problems with the place from management to daily existance. Namely, I haven't lived there in seven (7) years, but I still have not received my security deposit. I gave up after numerous calls and visits to the leasing office. I had a leaking radiator that totally flooded my dining room to the point that I had to move all of my furniture into the living room due to excessive water, ruining the carpet which was never replaced. I lived in the ground unit of my building and one day I came home from work to find all of the human waste from all units above me (maybe others) floating in my bathtub (about 2 inches worth. When the workmen came, they used a snake (a long spiraled wire the "snakes through the drain pipe to unclog any blockage), but when they retracted the snake from the drain pipe they took no care in doing so and splattered human waste all over my bathroom wall. Not only that but they tracked the waste all over my carpets when coming in and out of my apartment because they didn't care about the fact that they had it all over their shoes. Also, during the winter there was no water pressure due to a ruptured pipe in the building for an entire week. When they did get pressure back. There was no hot water for about the same amount of time. Those are the major outliers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. A TOTAL DUMP! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
