From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007 1 response   I've lived here for almost 5 years now. Yes, everything that has been said about the management is true: turnover is very high, response is slow. That can make things very frustrating. However - the location is amazing and you can't get anything even close to this size for the same price anywhere else in Bethesda. This alone has made it a great place to live.
