First all the good stuff: location, location, location - need i say more about that. the schools are great if you have kids. My rent did not increase too much last year, about $10. maintenance staff - very nice, the neighborhood is generally quiet and safe except during the summer when people come home late from the clubs or bars in the area, they can be kind of loud. but that doesnt bother me. laundry facilities - usually clean. every now and then a machine does not work. i dont wash here so, it doesnt bother me.
now the bad: Horrible parking, tenants dont clean up after their pets you walk outside and have to see dog mess on the sidewalk or grass, leaky buildings if it rains too much, rats down by the dumpster, frequent change in office staff - some are rude. my apartment was not as clean when i moved in and i hate my bathroom. some stuff can stand replacement.
overall - this is not a bad place to live if you can deal with all the bad stuff i just mentioned. i recently read that KSI was possibly going to do some work on the foundation so lets hope that stops with the leaks. for the price in this part of bethesda, you really cant beat it.
