He's just great. He always responds to work orders promptly and even though he lives off property, when he gets an emergency call he gets to the Fields quickly. He's really improved quality of living here.

Construction is terrible. Strange dust - looks like asbestos. Noisy because og Giant trucks. Lokcation in Bethesda is perfect, superior. Management is bad, not friendly, not honest.
