This is a great building for an older person. It's quiet, safe, large. Near Whole Foods. Not the best option for a young person who enjoys DC nightlife. Expensive, slow elevators, odd management that inspects your apartment every month to "measure." Garage parking is great, but expensive considering the ample and safe street parking. Really the boring neighborhood is not worth the price. P.S. They do not switch from heat to AC until it is well into the 90 degree range. I was drenched in sweat for 3 weeks. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
