problems with management. problems with fire alarm. maintenance can't fix technical problems. building is a disaster that needs to be modernized

I have to agree with Anonymous on this. Also add sinks that back up and electrical problems in my unit and ancient windows that allow all the road noise (think Metro buses) in.
