This building, along with Avalon at Foxhall at DC, is filled with underaged AU students who love to get drunk and start fires. Seriously. If you value your life, don't move in.

yes there was a fire in the Irene, but this was due to the age of the building's equipment and wiring. The fire alarms are anoying, but the drunk AU students are fun!
