not a good choice From: goldfutures@hotmail.com Date posted: 9/23/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   The building is in bad shape, the management is in worse shape. I had to live through too many long waits for an elevator as they were usually not working correctly or broken, too many false fire alarms, too many rude "seniors", college kids on drugs, bad service from the maintanance crew, etc. before I said ENOUGH! I moved out. Life is now good. The Irene is definitely not the place to live. I would never recommend it.
