Great Staff!!

I lived at the Irene for almost 5 years and while the building does have occasional structural problems, the staff is absolutely terrific! They are VERY responsive to your needs. While living at the Irene I had three orthopedic surgeries and was on crutches for a significant period of time. The staff helped me out SO much. I can not say enough about how terrific they were! I disagree with others' comments about Nancy. It sounds to me like, someone was upset about the price of their rent and as a leasing manager, she is often limited by corporate guidelines etc.
