I have read some of the negative reviews on this site and it encouraged me to write my own review to say that I think they are all ridiculous. The Irene is a great building. Everyone at the front desk and in the leasing office has always been very nice, helpful and courteous to my roommate and I. The apartment space is unbeatable and the amenities such as shuttle service, gym, rooftop pools & tennis courts, dry cleaners, etc. in the building are great. You also can't beat not paying for utilities. The parking garage is very well lit, and having assigned parking spaces is awesome. I have never had any problems with the building or anyone within the building. I love living here!
