The people at the front desk, maintenence crew, the shuttle drivers and everyone else seem to be great people and are very considerate, but ----- in the rental office is horrible. Not only does she talk down to residents(elderly and younger), but in the two years I have been there (each year in a different apartment) she has been exceedingly rude when I gave notice. She has no courtesy when entering an apartment to show it to new potential renters and is confrontational on the phone. I have had multiple negative conversations with other tenants about her and I do not know why the managment keeps her. She is a liability and an embarrasment to an otherwise great building to live in. I avoided her after leaving my first apartment there because she was so unpleasant and she is making me want to leave even sooner now. ----- has no sense of how to deal with people in a polite or respectful way.

I totally agree and that was just on an apt. vIsit last month, so I decided to rent elsewhere as I would not be able remain sane with this older prima Donna !
