If you do not mind patched tile, stained floors, generally dirty windows, and overall shabbiness, then apartments in this building provide excellent value for their size. I do not recommend renting any apartment sight unseen. Maintenance service is reasonable and the personnel are competent, although often over-burdened, so maintenance can be delayed. It often took several calls, however, to get action on non-emergency repairs. The building was very accommodating in replacing appliances that were truly problematic without much complaint.
