Pricing - I looked at the apartments, which are small but nice. But the pricing is not dependable. Happy to Live Here - I have been living in a studio apartment at the Highland House for little more than 3 years and I absolutely love it! Yes, it is a bit expensive but you get the convenience of easy access to the metro, shops and restaurants. The staff in the building is great! Watch out for rent increase! We have been here since November 2010. The apartment is OK, but on noisy streets. Incredibly, the management just announced a 5% rent increase, which I have heard is more than twice as much as Montgomery County recommends. No explanation at all from
