I love living at Archstone Wisconsin Place - There is no reason why anyone wouldn't want to live here. If you can afford it, you should. I've lived here for months and could not be happier. Not impressed I toured the building and the office people are very nice but the prices cannot be justified. Utilities are not included and the apartments look nice but they are cheaply put together - the floors are plastic! and none of the balconies are large enough other than to stand on...not

Rude and noisy tenants. May be it's just my building, but upstairs neighbour likes to thump really loudly on their floor (my ceiling) at night to the point where the entire building shakes. When I complain, nothing is done about it. Had to leave because of that rude and unbearably noisy
