You get everything you pay for. The rent does include water, daily trash removal, in unit washer & dryer, gas cooking, pool, tennis courts, and gym access! You get all the amenities, servies, and conveniences inclusive in the rent.

We live in a three bedroom apartment providing plenty of living space. Our
rooms are all ample sized. We've got the washer & dryer in unit (no trips upstairs
to the laundry room). & The apartment buildings are specially designed to block unwanted noise. Additionally, our apartment had just been renovated, so one of the bonuses is a beautiful tile floor in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Maintaince is excellent. The staff members are courteous and efficient. You call, it gets fixed. In the meantime, if you have questions a quick call to the management office provides the answer.

Management staff are helpful and friendly. During our first meetings we were given several options. We were able to chose from a selection of apartments at a rent level we were comfortable maintaining.
