Just so you are aware... the model looks nothing like the place you will be living in. We were so excited about it but the place we're in is very dated and dirty. The kitchen and bathrooms are very 70's, decorated in orange, browns, and pinks. Also, the windows and slider are not secure enough to keep people out. They are old and have no locks on them and are made of plexi-glass! The office staff is rude and non-accommodating. We agree with the person who said maintenance comes and doesn't really fix anything. It's true. The parking lot is not well-lit nor is it ample. The "olympic size pool" is dirty and filled with un-supervised children. You need special permission to go into the gym and you can only get it during certain months of the year. Overall, this place is not all it's cracked up to be!
