Great Experience

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I lived in Briarcliff North for 1 1/2 years (Same ownership, but 1 bd-room places across the street) Many of my neighbors were long time residents, and a number of them transferred from Briarcliff East (downsized from 2 bd-room to 1 bd-room)
I had a few problems with my bathroom (the fan wasn't working right, and the shower head needed to be replaced) but the problems were taken care of quickly.
The management was excellent, and the best I've dealt with. The majority of the residents in my area were single professionals, or retired couples. It was very quiet (Minus one guy, but he moved out pretty quickly). Briarcliff North does not have kids around because they are only 1 bd, and they are strict about # of occupants per unit.
Overall a great experience, and I would have liked to stay, but the commute stunk.
