Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
The heating and cooling is not in your control.Please read the fine print. They swith on the air conditioner on may 15 thru Oct 15. So If you need cooling in April or may you have to buy your own air conditioner or If you need head in Sept you need to buy a heater.
The maintinece staff is not that great. They just dont respond or respond after few weeks.
They have gym but you can use it only in certain months.
The windows are weak and unsafe.
