Spacious, a little expensive and service not so great

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Although very spacious, and relatively quiet, the service is poor. You get the great welcome until you sign the lease. Also maintenance is decent at doing simple repairs, but any major problems (ie washer a/c) result in a wait for 3 days then someone coming, then someone else, etc etc still not fixing it) The office is not willing to work with tenants wo have lease circumstances (ie work transfer, military etc) Again the floor plan is great and it is quiet, but I would not recmmend it to my friends
