Went Downhill Fast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   When I first moved in three years ago, the apartment staff was reasonable friendly, and the apartment itself was in decent shape. In a three year time period, the overall living conditions went downhill extremely fast, as well as the quality of maintenance service. Basically, maintenance put a band-aid on everything (if they even showed up without 10 phone calls). The apartments are noisier than advertised (don't buy the sound-proof claim), and the heating and cooling is extremely inefficient. Rent continued to increase steadily, with their reason being new windows (in 2003) and new railings (in 2005), none of which I ever saw. Don't waste your money here.
