This place has so many retarded rules.

For one, you have to apply to use the gym...and have a doctors note saying you can use it. And even if you do all of that, for some reason, you can only apply to use it for a 6 month period (I beleive October-May). So if you move in after May, you can't use the gym no matter what since you didn't apply in thier timeframe...in essence, paying for something you can't use.

You can't bring any guests to use the pool...unless they feel like forking out $10.

My roomate had a leaking issue from the roof and they came once to repaint and said they'd be back...and never came back.

There were just a lot of dumb rules and fines.

My girlfriend also was nearly assulted there and the rental office didn't eve have the courtesy to put flyers to look out for a sex predator out in the area, but can put flyers on the windows for people having the wrong color chair on thier balcony.

Don't waste your money...get an apt in Owings Mills or downtown...or better yet, with the rent they charge, buy a house.
