this place is filled with low income people now. they are loud and rude.
kids are screaming outside all the time
the soundproof means nothing.
the worst the utility bill. no seperated meter for each unit. you have to pay for others. how ridicuous

My, my. Low income people, indeed. With rents averaging in the $900 range, I doubt it! If people are loud and rude, contact management to do something about it. As to the utilities, it would cost thousands of dollars PER APARTMENTto retrofit older apartments with separate utility meters. Do you want to pay for it? |

Don't be ridiculous, why should the we pay for the separate utility meter. it is the property owner's responsbility.
