I couldn't recomend a better place to live. The staff is the nicest I've ever delt with. Any problem I might have is handeled in a quik and timely manner. The grounds are exceptional, you can see that alot of work goes into the plants and shrubbery. The employees have been working there for years, so I see the same smiling faces all around the community.

Well! I just moved from Briarcliff. I broke my lease. The place is constucted of eight inches of concrete,the rooms are spacious, but what they don't tell you is that there are gangs living on the premises. Well, let me re-phrase that. Active gangs. Bloods, crips and M2's(mexican). The leasing staff is very nice. The property manager is a real b#$*#. She is a coward and a phoney. My roof leaked for months before there was anything done about it. I had complained several times, even went to the office on numerous occasions. She was/is very nasty. She hides behind the leasing staff. My neighbor says that her roof leaked for almost 6 months and she was told by the property manager that they are replacing all of the roofs. Well, if she spent more time making sure that the work was done in stead of getting work done on her by the guy that owns the roofing company then maybe, just maybe she could get something done. She is a poor excuse for a property manager. ----------- was the one. She had it together. Since ------(female) has taken over the place has gone to the dogs. she is a lazy tramp. I am going to BBB on her. I have compiled a list of tenants tht are going to file against her as well. She does not comply by the fair housing rules and regulations. She's got a lot to learn. No customer service skills. I don't know how she made it this far. Oops! I know. If there were to hire a new property manager tht doesn't sleep her way up, then maybe Briarcliff will get back to being number one in Cockeysville.

This response is from ???Anonymous??? and dated August 26, 2008. This response is very inappropriate and should not be printed on any website and I believe it violates the User Agreement, paragraph 2(e). My client and I demand that this response be removed immediately. Anonymous uses many derogatory statements to describe the property manager, and by saying property manager, he/she is identifying the person they are harming. Paragraph 2(e) of the User Agreement specifically states that the user agrees not to post any defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous information regarding another. I believe the user is in breach of this entire paragraph by stating that the: ???property manager is a real B#$*#, coward and phoney. She was/is very nasty. Well, if she spent more time making sure that the work was done instead of getting work done on her by the guy that owns the roofing company then maybe, just maybe she could get something done. In addition to the foregoing, I believe it is entirely obvious that pursuant to the User Agreement that you are in total violation of Paragraph 2(e) in that you represent that the site will not print (a) actual names nor use abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another???s privacy, hateful language. It must be entirely evident to you that not only did you allow at least a first name to be used, which obviously can be identifiable through the management at the specific property, but in addition thereto, you have allowed abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, and clearly libelous statements to be posted on your website. Obviously, the first step in resolving our differences is that this entire response be removed immediately.
