I have lived in other complexes in the North Metro region and I have had friends who have lived at still others. There really is no comparison in the area that I'm aware of. It is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The door-side trash pick-up, thick walls, pool, and in-unit washer and dryer are some of my favorite perks. There is a lot less crime in this complex, and for that I am most grateful. There always seems to be a member of the maintenance crew around whenever I go outside, too. That makes me feel even safer.

nope. Should I have used poor grammar and misspelled things? Would that better fit your image of an apartment dweller? "obvioulsy" it would. I have lived in several complexes and have had friends who have lived in more still, and I really think Briarcliff far-surpasses them. Oops - I used big words again. I should just say Thsi playce roks.

LOL . HUM CRIME IS LOW??? MY HOUSE GOT ROBBED TWICE WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND MY CAR AND MY ROOMATES CAR GOT BROKE INTO.. AS FAR AS TRASH OUTSIDE THE DORR? YEAH IT MAKES THE HALL WAYS SMELL LIKE ROTTING DEAD POOP AND THEY WILL FINE YOU 100 DOLLARS IF U PUT IT OUT ON A DAY THAT THE TRASH MAN DOSENT COME.ITS GOTTA BE ONE OF THE OFFICE STAFF WRITING THIS BECAUSE THERE IS NOOO WAY ANYONE WOULD RIGHT THIS WHO ACTUALLY LIVES HERE!!! tHEY ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE UP FOR ALL THE BAD REVEIWS!!!!!
