lived there 4 years, quiet buildings, slow maintenance, thin windows

I lived in Briarcliff North for 4 years. It was one of the few complexes in Cockeysville that had a full-sized washer and dryer in the 1BR units which was why I chose it. The units are *very* well insulated in terms of sound from your neighbors. I never heard any sound from my neighbors.
However, the windows are old and should be replaced. There is a lot of road noise from Cranbrook if you face the road.
I also found the maintenance to be slow to react. In the one case that my A/C went out, it took a couple of times for them to correct it during the hottest part of the summer.
If you are set on living in Cockeysville (as I was), I'd recommend this place.
