This is the second time I have lived in these apartments. So I guess that can't be to bad. 10 years ago they were better or maybe I was just not as wise. The utilities are not included and they are considerable. On average assume $100 a month. Previously utilities were included. This is my biggest compliant. Parking is great, noise is limited, but maintenance is slow, really slow. Apartment are quite large and storage is great. Neighborhood is starting to go down hill, but many older people still live in these apartments. I think I am in a good building compared to some of the others. Updates will be needed soon, but don't count on it happening.
