I moved in not long ago and it has been a nightmare from day one. And will be for the remainder of my lease. I had to get an apartment fast, and did not have the time to do the normal research.Now I know why Briarcliff east has so many empty apartments, They have a roch and sewer problem .I was told that my apartment was the only one that had roches and it was from the last renter. until I started to investigate and speak to pepole that I saw moving out and ask there experience here.The garbage pick up is nice but the smell alone is not. When it has to sit in the hallway over night for pickup that brings roches.So if you are interested in this place make sure you talk to some of the pepole in the building that you want to move in to and see if they have roaches or sewer problems.VERY NASTY PLACE TO LIVE. I wish I had did my research BEWARE OF Briarcliff Apartments East Roaches and sewer problems. P.S I lived in owing mills for 2 years and had not seen a roch at all
