Good Place to live

This is a really good place to live. There is very little noise. I live in the complex that is in back of the school so you will hear them playing games out there but that is to be expected since it is a field there. The maintenance is good. They usually are here within a day or two. The staff at North is very nice. You have to remember that these apartments are virtually soundproof. The only noise you may hear is if someone has there TV or radio blasting with a lot of base. I feel really safe here. I have a bad habit of leaving my purse or wallet on the front seat of my car and no one has ever tried to break in. I once left my car door open (not unlocked but open) and no one bothered it. How in the world did I do that. I shut the door and something was blocking it and I did not check to see if it was shut. The utility cost is very high. I hate that we have to pay two different companies. BGE since it is wired just for electric is not that bad during the winter but in the summer because of the AC is a little higher. The other utility company is off the charts. I had to get on budget billing with the second utility company. I am going on my third year living here and that is good for me. If I don't like a place I will move in a heartbeat. I have moved every year from 04-07. Within that time from I have lived in many apartments and this is by far the best. The washer/dryer is in a very good place. I have lived in apartments with the washer/dryer in the kitchen. Not very sanitary. I have battled mice and ants at my other place of residence. When I first moved in here I did have a mouse but they caught it and pluged up the whole and I have not seen it since. At the other place I had mice and when I went to the rental office they looked at me like "what do you want us to do". She actually said that. I hate the fact that we have to pay for our pool passes. We should get them for free.
