1st off this place ain't "The Ritz." However for the price you get decent sized rooms, full sized washer and dryer and gas included. The appliances are relatively old and a little noisy but they do work.
Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros.
-Very Poor sound insulation
-Sliding doors that fall off the track regularly
-A filthy adhesive mat permanently placed on the bottom of the bath tub
-Pretty poor up keep of the grounds outside of the rental office (it's pretty swanky up there)
-Damaged or broken wooden guard rails outside
-Leaking rain gutters over doorways (an icy winter delight)
-A filthy adhesive mat permanently placed on the bottom of the bath tub
-Snow removal from the blizzard was amazingly slack (granted it was a lot of snow but I ended up shoveling my own walkway and they never finished the job even a week later)
-Garbage pickup isn't nearly frequent enough
-Did I mention the filthy, nasty, disgusting adhesive mat permanently stuck on the bottom of the bath tub
-The office staff was relatively friendly and average on the helpful side.
-The maintenance staff was pathetic, the day after Christmas my front door was being painted and propped open all day long, and repairs frequently had to be done at least twice.
If you can live with the above then this is the place for you (and perhaps a few other bonuses) however I'd keep looking if I were you.
