MAINTENANCE GOES DOWNHILL!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
 
I lived in this place for 7 years and originally it was really great. Then the new management took over and everything went downhill from there. Water was added as an extra, maintenance is next to impossible to get, little or minimal security. Rent increases but service decreases. Rent at your own risk... if you have high standards, do not do it, if not, it is tolerable.
