Oh you want to talk about a crappy place to live. When we did our walk through we gave them a list of things we needed repaired and they signed an agreement saying they would do them. Well we have lived here for a year and we are getting ready to move out and some of those things still haven't been done. We have about 13 spots where the drywall is cracked. Our stove is nastier then the kitty litter. We have bugs and yellow tiles in the bathroom. We have a leak spot that the maintence guys came to look at and when they did they kind of stared at and said well what do you think it is and were like I don't know what do you think it is and then left never to be seen again. The doors to the laundry room come of track and the door handle to the coat closet fell off. The dryer door never closes so we have to dry close 2 or 3 times. We have nasty neighbors that put their kids in the dumpster to go through it. There is a trailer that is broken down and still parked out front. I can smell when the people on the first floor are smoking and when the second floor people are doing weed. Front door sits slanted which is always a good converstation piece. The bathroom toilet is slanted and I think the floor is starting to give way. All the doors are missing on the storage bin so you have to guess which one is yours and put it on with the lock. Windows are nasty and we have yellow tile in the bath tub which is also slanted. The floors in the hallway and 2nd bedroom creak. Oh and did I mention that the counter top fell down, yep it was right on top of the dishwasher. Took us months to get it fixed. I think the garbage disposal is leaking because the bottom of the cabinet is disappearing. And the staff here is RUDE, they don't return calls, they don't do what they promise to do, they don't pick up the phone half the time and they deny it when you say I spoke to you about this yesterday. It took us 4 days to get our washing machine fixed and it took them 15 minutes to fix it when they got here. Run don't rent here.
