century: where it takes centuries to get things fixed

my husband and i love the area... it's nice, safe, and there are plenty of things to do nearby. however, the staff is VERY slow. our dryer was broken for 2 months... we begged and pleaded forever!!! we had to go to a laundry mat to do laudry, even though we were paying for laudry facilities. there were several other items that we needed fixed, but after a long while gave up asking and just accepted that it would never get done. sigh. the facility accepts dogs. our neighbors... who are never home kept their large dog in the house all day. let's just say i hope you can tone out whimpers, wines, and barks. also, many college kids from towson live in the complex... during the spring months it can get noisy at times with frat boys playing drinking games like beer pong and flip cup and cheering each other on. many of the college kids have dogs... let's just say they are not the most responsible owners... you must dodge the poop piles on your way to the car.
