The staff was courteous and friendly when trying to get me to move into the place. Once I moved in, they had me. I constantly had a problem with my toilet overflowing. When I called to report it, the answering service didn't seem to think it was an emergency since I had another toilet that worked. It didn't seem to matter that I had two inches of water in my bathroom floor. I often had other maintenance problems. It was impossible to get maintenance out. I'm not sure it was maintenance's fault. I don't think they got the messages from the office staff. When they did come to fix things, they would typically fix one of the things on my list but leave several others undone.

Noise was a real issue. Since I lived on a middle floor, I had noise from both above and below. The downstairs neighbors often threw loud parties where they consumed large quantities of alcohol. It didn't seem to matter what day of the week it was. This was a real issue since I have children.

There was no assigned parking. Sometimes, I could find a parking spot in front of my building. Other times, I had to park three buildings away. Since a lot of people had multiple cars, parking was a real issue.
