I first looked at Century in March of 2006. I was graduating from school that May and needed somewhere to go. A friend of mine that lived there recommended it and I saw her apartment and it was really nice. I found a roommate and we were all set....UNTIL....she heard from one of her cheap friends that the dump Deertree across the street was a little cheaper. I went to look into it but really didnt want to stay there. The leasing office had no model rooms to even show me. The woman took this photo album out of her drawer and told me to look through the pictures to get an idea. I starting laughing thinking she was joking. But unfortunately she was not! I was talking to the leasing office at Century explaining to them the situation. Without a thought she called me up the next day to tell me a girl came in there and mentioned she needed a roommate. They gave me her number and told her I was calling. We met in person but it didnt work out only because she was waiting until the end of summer. I then found another roommate who was a good friend and she offered to help me out even though she already had a residence. We moved in that May and had a GREAT TIME! The leasing office was very friendly. When we looked through the apartment we were asked to look around and turn in any maitenance requests. We had very few such as the balcony door not locking and a light being out. They came the next day to fix everything. The laundry services are great because they are right inside your apartment. NO LUGGING BAGS to a laundry room shared by residents, no waiting for washers/dryers, NO QUARTERS, no clothes thrown on the floor because your a few mins late picking up your stuff! Its perfect and conveinent. The grounds are really nice and the people are very friendly. The parking is fine. I work late and can still find spots close to my apartment. The neighbors are not very loud but at times you can hear them playing music but its not that bad. I have not had any problems with theft and I havent heard about it from my neighbors. One time I came out and noticed my car was egged but kids will be kids. It only happened once. The pool is very nice as well but I dont really use the facility. Overall, I am very happy and the apartments are very nice. I recommend this place to anyone looking to rent.

I live at Deertree (for 7 years) and I think the total opposite. Deertree is WONDERFUL! Century's staff is rude and I heard their maintenance sucks! I wouldn't live there...too much money for that! I love Deertree and would reccomend it to everybody!
