Ok its not as awful as people are saying, cause they're old reviews as you can notice, But as a current tenant I must say...it hasnt changed much from what i've seen, the inside of the apartment is old and dated, i have problems with mice and pests(often) centipedes and etc..Mostly problems with mice, they didnt cover up the whole they made on the wall for the appliances, so the mice come and go between apt, even tho your apt might be clean, the mice still pays you a visit anyway and leave crap all over your kitchen top(the maintnance try to solve the problem, but hasnt succeded)...The kitchen appliances are old, the refrigarator is awful, it often freezes my milk, eggs and everything inside(even tho its at its lowest cold level, and its summer)...not alot of space, even tho its a one bedroom, i have lived at a 3 bedroom apt and its has no difference as far as countertop space goes..very small space....overall the apt is old and dated!!Now for parking you're sure to get a parking space whenever you come home from work or parties or whatever, BUT the place is often dark at some areas and lately they have sent as a warning for when we go out of the building because some ppl have been raped, mugged and had their car vandalized.(since its dark) I woulndt recommend anyone going out after 8pm, not even to walk the dogs!!(even tho its supose to be a pretty safe place, it was, but not anymore), The maintance team is very helpful and do their very best to assist you with any needs!!And are very understanding, if you were to go through a rough time!

The building is overall not safe at all, literally anyone could come in and out, and do whatever they want!!The view is pretty good, lots of trees, birds singing, fresh air..not bad, especially if you have kids and pets(now if you do have kids i wouldnt recommend having them out after 6pm, since its not a safe place anymore)!!

Ok and as far as noise goes, if you live right on the corner you wont have a problem, but if you live in the middle, as the walls are paper thin you will have alot of problems like im having right now, you can pretty much hear what everyone else is doing from every angle of the apt, all the all from loud speakers from neighboors, to footsteps(no im not kidding, really footsteps at night, if you're a light sleeper, dont move here you will think this is hell)!!The landrys are built right in your apt, wich for me is worst cause i live in a 1 bedroom apt and my energy bill right now is like 150$ a month, wich is pretty high concidering its a small apt(very small), so the laundry in the apt has its ups and downs, good because you dont have to go out and use public laundry, but bad bcause your monthly energy bill will go up 40%!!You do have to pay for your pet to live with you its like 25$ a month for the pet rent..so...not good but i guess some apt do that!

So yea...I've lived here for 2 years now..and its not horrible like living in baltimore city where the crime rate is higher, but its not a good place eighter..its got good potentials, but dont think they'll change or renovate any soon!! and thats why im moving...I cant stay here any longer, too much noise for me(i dont blame the neighboors, i blame the construction, very cheap, paper thin walls)and safety is a big "zero", i dont feel safe AT ALL!!me being a woman i cant even walk my dog, i have to ask my bf to do it, cause its not safe for me to go and stay out like that(talking about the rape part)..often when i did go out to walk my dog i'd have random guys inside cars looking at me, getting out of the car actually walking up to me to ask my dog's breed and if he's mixed or what and if he bites, so until that its ok, but when i saw the guy actually started to stalk me, and make a few trips here just around the time i go to walk my dog(btw i checked and he doesnt live here at all), and staring at me from inside the car and when i went back inside he would live..i stopped walking my dog alone and after 8pm cause when it gets dark here...its not safe to be outside, we have had a few rape situations, and they havent done anything to change the safety around here..so overall i would not recommend this place to anyone!!Stay away!!
